RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you take possession of the goods or, if your order contains several products, from the day you take possession of all the products in the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) to infocliente@buscarmoda.com.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
A. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the amount of the item or items purchased in our online store, excluding handling and shipping costs, which will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
B. The refund will be made once we have received and verified the goods, which will not exceed 14 days from the date the goods are physically back in our possession.
C. Gift Card Returns: The return of gift cards is governed by the Gift Card Terms of Use. If products are returned after the 14-day period, the return will not be accepted.
3. Common Provisions
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
A. Your right to withdraw only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
B. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond mere opening or if it has been damaged. Therefore, you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.
C. Returns must be made by post only. We do not have physical stores. Please follow the instructions in the "Return Merchandise" section under “My Account” on the website.
D. After examining the returned items, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the date we physically receive the goods.
E. The refund will always be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless a gift card was presented for the return, in which case the refund will be made via a gift card or credit note.
F. You will bear the costs and risks of returning the products, as previously stated. If you have any questions, you can contact us via our contact form.
4. Returns from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
If you wish to exchange or return a product delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, you may do so under the same conditions as outlined in the previous sections.
5. Returns of Defective Products
If you believe that the product does not comply with the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing the product details and the damage it has suffered. We will thoroughly examine the returned product and inform you by email within a reasonable period whether the refund or replacement is applicable (if applicable).
The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an email confirming that a refund or replacement is due. All products sent are subject to prior inspection. We do not ship broken, torn, or defective products.
If the product has a defect or manufacturing fault, the amounts paid for the returned products will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred for delivering the item to you and the costs you incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of underwear or swimwear at any time for hygiene reasons. These items cannot be returned unless a defective or incorrect size or style has been sent.
Please make sure to carefully check the size labels and product codes, as well as check for any faults before trying them on. Returns must be made by postal mail only; we do not accept returns in person at our distribution center. We do not have retail stores or points of sale for purchasing or returning items.
All returned items must be in their original packaging (boxes/plastic wrap, etc.) and have intact tags with no signs of handling. Customers must return the items at their own expense via any courier service if they do not meet their requirements, including items that do not fit, are not suitable, were incorrectly selected, are the wrong size, or are not as described on the website.
Customers must keep a valid shipping receipt that includes the weight of the package for all return queries. A valid shipping receipt with a tracking number must be provided if any package is lost in transit. The sender (buyer) is responsible for filing a claim for any lost packages in transit with the courier.
Please securely package your items in waterproof and suitable packing materials. The package may be rejected if it is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging. Full order details, along with refund instructions, must be included in each return package for it to be processed correctly. For example, you should include a note stating your full name on the account, the returned order number, and the items being returned.
We advise that you make a copy of your return slip and highlight which items from the order you are returning and your request for a refund or exchange. The returns department may retain or reject packages and not process them if the package received cannot be identified by the details provided.
All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your package at our warehouse.
Please read the product description carefully to better understand how the sizes fit. Also note that we do not cover the return costs of items that do not fit or do not meet your needs. Please check the sizes of our products before placing your order.
