We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events outside of our reasonable control (Force Majeure). These include, but are not limited to, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, and government actions.

15. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The use of our Platforms and contracts for purchasing products are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts, unless you act as a consumer.

16. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
